How to Change Your Team Beachbody Coach

25 May

“Our chief want in life is someone who will make us do what we can.” ~ Emerson

Are you looking to change your current Team Beachbody coach? Studies show that people are more likely to succeed in reaching their goals, especially in weight loss, fitness, and nutrition, when they have an accountability partner or coach. So, if your coach has been unresponsive to your emails/calls or you find that your personalities clash, your success in reaching your health goals may be deterred. Whatever the reason may be that you are looking to change your Team Beachbody coach, the process is super simple!

So what can I offer you as a free fitness coach? While I have an extensive background in kinesiology and nutrition, as your coach, I’m basically your support buddy that provides motivation and encouragement so that you can stay on track during your fitness and nutrition journey. You can come to me with any and ALL questions and I will also check in with you from time to time to make sure you are headed towards your goals. I’ve been through the journey myself, so I don’t speak to you as a trainer … rather a voice of experience.

Q: How can I make you my coach?

A: To make me your official Team Beachbody Coach all you have to do is sign up for a Free Team Beachbody Membership. Once you sign up, email me at melodygarza@gmail.com with your questions and current stats as well as your goals and we will get you started towards achieving them!

Q: I already have a Team Beachbody Profile … can I still make you my coach?

A: Yes, absolutely! You will need to first send an email to coachrelations@teambeachbody.com simply asking them to make Melody Garza (Coach ID 98595) your assigned Beachbody coach. Make sure to CC my email (LiveWellWithCoachMel@gmail.com) as well to be sure that I receive confirmation when the changes have been made. They should confirm within 24 hours on business days and by Monday if request is made on the weekend.

Q: Are there any other steps I should take to maximize your free coaching?

A: Once you have signed up for a Team Beachbody account or have emailed Coach Relations with your coach change request, I highly recommend you joining my Fitness and Nutrition Accountability Group on Facebook. Request me as a friend including a message with your Team Beachbody screen name to www.facebook.com/melody.garza and I will add you to the group. Feel free to visit my fanpage as well at www.facebook.com/LiveWellWithMel

Q: I’m already a coach, can I request you as my upline sponsor?

A: Coaches cannot change their Team Beachbody coach unless it has been within 72 hours (3 days) of signup. If you are within the 3 days, simply follow the steps above: email to coachrelations@teambeachbody.com simply asking them to make Melody Garza (Coach ID 98595) your assigned Team Beachbody coach. Make sure to CC my email (LiveWellWithCoachMel@gmail.com) as well to be sure that I receive confirmation when the changes have been made.

Great post! Many Beachbody customers are assigned to coaches that aren’t giving them the help or motivation they need while doing a workout program. Some don’t realize they can switch coaches. These are great instructions.

Awesome! I’ve had a ton of customers come to me because of lack of support from their coach. If a coach is not around to help, then find another coach! Great post!

This is true! It is great that our customers do have the flexibility to change their coaches, although I believe every coach should be given the chance to work with their customers, but sometimes you just ‘gel’ with other people better and this option is a great one to have!

I know MEL is a GREAT coach and friend :)

Great post. As someone else mentioned, Beachbody sometimes assigns coaches to people when they make their initial purchase of a Program. Many times, they never hear from that coach. Excellent information.

Who wouldn’t want to work with Mel? She’s an awesome coach!

If I didn’t already have a great coach, I would definitely switch to you.
